- Can I have a romantic ceremony at the TOP?
Yes! "The Top", featuring panoramic views of the island, with spectacular and colorful Key West sunsets.
- Will my guests receive a discount on accommodations?
Yes! When your wedding is held at the Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha, your guests will receive a special event rate. Rates vary throughout the year. Ask your event specialist about the best rates four your guests.
- Can I hold an outdoor reception?
Yes! The "Observation Deck" with a 360° view of the island, over looking the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, may be reserved in addition to the glass enclosed banquet room for receptions of 50-80 persons.
- How many people can I invite for my Wedding?
The Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha specializes in smaller more intimate receptions. We are able to accommodate 25-80 people.
- How much will my reception cost?
Our Wedding packages start at $139 per person, and vary depending on your expectations. Our packages have been designed to allow you a great deal of variety, while meeting all of the needs of a traditional or non-traditional Wedding Reception.
- Who will coordinate my wedding?
Our friendly and professional staff will be here for you from the time you book your wedding until the day you leave for your honeymoon, you can phone us whenever needed and we will ensure the success of your event. You will meet, in advance, the people who will be on property for your event. We have also been fortunate to work with many of the areas finest professionals, including florists, DJ's, Cake decorators, etc. We will be happy to provide you with any referrals that you might need.
- Can we bring our own food?
Our Banquet Rooms are Food & Beverage outlets, and therefore, the Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha must provide all food and beverage with an exception of the Wedding Cake.
- How do we reserve our event at The Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha?
When you are ready to move forward, contact our sales and catering office. We will send you an agreement to secure your date. After reviewing document you will be asked to return the signed agreement with an initial deposit of $1000. Following this initial deposit you are allowed to make installment payments leading up to your event. The hotel will require full payment seven days prior to your function.
- Can the Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha work with my budget?
Depending on your expectations, and the time of year you are planning your event, the Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha may be able to work within your budget. Ask our catering team about great ideas for saving you money without sacrificing your vision.
